In September 2026 I asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions people ask before they book in Raleigh: Botox, filler, laser, microneedling and medical weight loss. Everything on this page is what came back. No sample data.
64 med spas and clinics were named at least once. Blue Water Spa, BodyLase, Lorena Luca and Synergy Face + Body each appeared in 60% or more of answer slots. The median spa appeared in 6.7%, once out of 15.
Spas and clinics by share of the 15 answer slots.
37 of the 64 were named in exactly one answer, on one engine. That's noise, not visibility.
Medi-Weightloss was named in 73.3% of medical weight loss answers. Nobody else passed 40%.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide questions went to Allure Medical, Diehl Plastic Surgery and med spas like BodyLase and Nuderma, not only weight loss clinics. A spa already offering GLP-1s can compete for those questions.
Laser hair removal went first to Milan Laser, a national chain. Lip filler went partly to a surgical practice. People search by treatment, so a spa that only shows up for its own name misses most of the questions.
I pulled 77 Triangle med spas from Google Maps and checked the ones AI never named against their own websites for advertising tags. These are businesses already paying to be found.
The market numbers above are public. Yours are specific: how often you're named, who takes the answers you lose, the sources the engines read instead of your site, and where in the Triangle you disappear.
The same 15-answer measurement run on your spa, against the names above.
Botox, filler, laser, body contouring, weight loss. Most spas are strong on 1 or 2 and invisible on the rest.
The directories and review profiles handed to the patient in your place.
Run per location: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Durham. “Near me” answers change block to block.
20 minutes. I'll have run your numbers before we speak, and you keep the report whether we work together or not.
