AI visibility · paid search · Raleigh, NC

Your customers are asking ChatGPT who to hire. Does it name you?

I measure how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity recommend your business, and who they name instead. Then I fix it, along with the paid search you're already paying for. No account managers. You work with me.

Carrier campaigns — Humana, Aetna, Elevance and Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare plans — were run during five years at Tranzact, a Willis Towers Watson company. What I do
01

Paid search

Google Ads, Local Services Ads and Microsoft Ads. Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen, built, run and measured by me. Not advised on.

02

AI visibility

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you for the questions people ask before they call anyone. Measured monthly against a baseline, so the line either moves or it doesn't.

03

CRM and tracking

GoHighLevel, GA4 and conversion tracking wired so every lead traces back to what produced it. Most of the waste I find isn't in the bidding. It's in what was never measured.

Search used to end on a results page. Now it ends in an answer.

Ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for a business in your category and you get 3 to 5 names. Not 10 blue links. There's no page two, and no ad slot to buy your way in.

In one Raleigh market I measured, a single business appeared in 93% of those answers. 52 competitors appeared in almost none of them, and none of them knew.

You're either in that answer or you're not in the decision.

I've already scanned these markets.

What you get, before you spend anything

Your business4%
01
Your citation rate
How often each engine names you for the questions your customers actually ask.
02
Who gets named instead
The businesses winning the answers you're missing from, and how often.
03
Where the answers come from
The directories, review sites and pages the engines are reading to build them.
04
Your geography
Which parts of your service area you're invisible in, mapped point by point.
Free. Runs on public data. Nothing to install, no logins needed.

Then what

01 — MEASURE
Baseline citation rate across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, captured before anything changes. Without it there's nothing to prove later.
02 — FIX
Schema, answer pages for the questions you lose, the directories the engines actually cite, and the reviews that feed them.
03 — PROVE
The same battery re-run every month against your baseline. You see the line move, or you don't keep paying me.
Working together

One person, and I do the work.

A monthly retainer, not a project and not a deck. I'm in the accounts building campaigns, writing the negatives and fixing the tracking, the same way I have been for 7 years. The strategy is worth something because the person writing it is the person running it.

Most engagements start with paid search, because that's where the money is already moving. AI visibility runs alongside it on a monthly baseline. Neither is worth much if the tracking underneath is wrong, so that gets fixed first.

Looking for a fractional paid media director for your team or agency? That's here.

Who this fits

Local businesses already spending on marketing, where one customer is worth $1,000 or more. Practices and clinics, lenders, agents, law firms, senior care and home services, single location or many.

Who it does not

If you're not spending yet, the audit is still free and still worth having. You just don't need me to act on it.

Find out whether the AI names you.

20 minutes. I'll have run your audit before we speak.
